Overview
Join Rogers Behavioral Health for a transformative series of free, monthly Life Skills Workshops designed to empower young adults with the essential tools needed for emotional health, resilience, and success in everyday living. Each workshop features dynamic presentations and engaging group activities, creating a welcoming space where participants can connect, share, and build skills that truly matter in today’s world.
