Oasis Family Medicine is hosting a Free Community Event: Moving from Pain to Empowerment: A Body-Centered Approach to Healing and Self-Leadership with Tarnie Fulloon, Transformational Therapist

Join Tarnie Fulloon as she takes you through her signature healing BodyFreedom™ method to heal and awaken your Inner Leader, guiding you to optimal health. Getting to the root cause of a problem, both physical and emotional can be a significant revelation. While drugs, investigative tests, surgery, bodywork, affirmations, energy techniques and more are helpful, often the deeper unconscious issue has not been addressed.

From her experience, your pain, anxiety, gut aches, and many other body symptoms are:

• affected by your emotional, psychological and spiritual relationship to your inner self and how you inhabit your body.

• is often related to events that happened earlier in your life that have become unconscious.

• has information for you that is stored in your body that is life-changing.

When a person takes time to connect into their "pain" and the underlying message unveils, this brings greater awareness to the issue and creates a transformation. A new way of being.

Tarnie’s expertise is partnering with those who have recurring pain, anxiety and body symptoms. Using her signature BodyFreedomTM method she guides her clients through body-centered practices to discover the root cause of their pain. With a focus on back and neck pain and anxiety disorders, she mentors clients to find the freedom from their pain impinging their life and embrace confidence and calmness within.
