Dee Dee Burington is an ERYT-500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has been teaching fitness and yoga for over 25 years in Dallas TX. She is a passionate people person and has yet to meet a stranger.

She prides herself in keeping a single point focus in her classes that help her participants understand the “how and why” of yoga postures and how they can help attain functionality in everyday life.
