Join my 30 minute class on the principles and skills of Authentic Relating. We will practice games that get us into group coherence and help us feel safe, connected and able to play and express ourselves truthfully and vulnerably. We will play interactive verbal and non verbal games that you can take with you to help generate connection in any space, any event! This is a fun and easy way to connect and learn!
