Solitude Sauna Studio is the first full-service infrared sauna studio of its kind in Tallahassee. With five infrared private sauna suites, one Redlight room, and one Halotherapy room all for your relaxation, rejuvenation, and recovery!
We are celebrating our One Year! We kick off the celebration on Friday with FREE wellness activities like guided breathwork, yoga, and mat pilates throughout the whole weekend.
Plus, food, music, raffles, launch of new services, vendors Exclusive Anniversary offers and so much wellness.
