In this weekly Boxing & Self-Defense Class, you will combine the fundamentals of boxing with practical self-defense techniques to improve strength, agility, and confidence.

This high-energy, full-body workout trains both your body and mind, teaching you how to throw punches, block attacks, and respond effectively in real-life situations.

Whether you’re looking to build fitness, learn self-defense skills, or relieve stress, this class is empowering and suitable for all fitness and experience levels.
