Free Boxing Class

This class is open to everyone!! It will be absolutely FREE and all you need to bring is YOU and a great attitude! Don't feel intimidated, this is a safe and fun course for any experience level. Supplies (wraps, gloves) can be provided to use while in class, however if you have your own please feel free to bring with you. We need a head count so we can be prepared so please don't commit if you can't make it! Thank you and I can't wait to break a good sweat with you!
