Exploring a series of simple meditations to encourage wellness, and calm the nervous system.
When our lives and the world is so busy, sometimes we just need a moment to ourselves and pause. Some people find meditation or meditative activities can be a great way to assist with taking a step back and regrouping.
Meditation can assist with lowering stress levels, increase creativity and innovation as well as empowering individuals to be their best.
Currently, I'm completing a meditation facilitation course. As part of my course, I'm to give meditation to the community for free.
