Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. The class is safe for all fitness levels--no experience required!
This class is a FREE 45-minute barre3 Signature Class led by one of our instructors-in-training. These classes are the final steps our instructors-in-training take before becoming officially certified as barre3 instructors. During class you will be guided through a warm up, leg work, strength conditioning, a cardio burst, core work, stretching, and guided breathwork. Barre3's mission is to help clients feel balanced in body and empowered from within.
Note: this class will be recorded for training purposes.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. A set of handheld weights is optional (we recommend 3-8 lbs). You may also want to bring a sweat towel.
All other props will be provided by barre3.
Clients under the age of 18 years old must have their parent/guardian complete this waiver prior to their first class. Clients between the ages of 14 and15 years of age may only attend class with a parent/guardian.
PARKING AND ARRIVALS
Free parking is available in the lot in front of the studio, around the side of the building, and behind the building. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat. We'll be there to greet you!
