Free Art Show in LoSo! Total Transparency: A Group Exhibit

The LoSo Studios artists are a collective of studio artists from all mediums, ages, and backgrounds. Never been to an art show before? This is great for everyone! We are family-and-pet friendly and offer free entry, parking on site, and refreshments.

At Loso Studios, our biggest strength is our diversity…

Our artists work in many different media - from ceramics to neon, from photography and fiber to large scale steel sculpture, from traditional paint and collage to cutting-edge digital fabrication. We not only vary in chosen media, but also in perspective and life experience.

For this exhibition, we wanted to challenge ourselves to meet on the same “page” through the use of material. We each began with the same canary yellow tracing paper, and transformed it to create the vast variety of artwork seen in this exhibition. Every one of our artists called upon their own unique set of skills and their own personal voice to elevate this common everyday material and transform it into something extraordinary.

In this moment of history, when the world feels so divided, it’s beautiful to remember that diverse points of view can come together to create a richer, more interesting conversation.
