Tour a newly completed 800 sq ft, 2-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) built using our innovative panel kit system. This backyard home features a full kitchen, full bath, open-concept living and dining area — and a smart floor plan with fully customizable finishes.

Meet the teams behind the project: Inspired ADUs and PrefabADU, the panel kit fabricator. We’ll be on-site to walk you through the design, permitting, and construction process, and share how panel kits can speed up your build while still offering flexibility and quality.

Is this event really free?

Yes! This is a free open house event hosted by Inspired ADUs to showcase a completed project and answer your questions.

Do I need to RSVP?

RSVPs are encouraged so we can manage the flow of visitors and provide a more personalized experience—but walk-ins are welcome too!

What is a panel kit ADU?

Panel kits are a prefabricated construction method where walls are built off-site, delivered flat, and assembled quickly on-site. It speeds up construction while maintaining design flexibility in finishes.

Is the layout customizable?

The layout is fixed for each panel kit model—in this case, an 800 sq ft 2-bedroom—but all finishes (cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, etc.) are fully customizable.

How long does it take to build a panel kit ADU?

Panel kit ADUs are significantly faster than traditional builds. Once permits are secured, construction can often be completed in 3–4 months, depending on site conditions and finish choices.

Will someone from Inspired ADUs be there to answer questions?

Yes! Our team will be on-site to walk you through the space, share insights, and answer questions about this specific ADU and our overall process.

Is this ADU available to rent or stay in?

This particular ADU is a private residence and not available for rent or overnight stays. The open house is a one-time opportunity to explore the space.

Will parking be available?
