This is my first frank. What do I need to know?

At frank you’ll connect to an instant community. We will have frank connectors on hand to help with your gathering questions, navigate the Recess sessions, expand your network and even recommend the best place to find chicken and waffles. We will have a First Time Frankster Facebook group so you can get connected before you arrive.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes! If you want to change or add any details and don't have a Eventbrite account,  simply email us at frankgathering@gmail.com

What if the pandemic shifts and it's not safe to be in person?

We prioritize your health and safety and will continue to follow any protocols that may be in place. We're anticipating that we can be together, in person, in early 2022. If things change and we aren't able to gather in person safely, we will cancel the in-person event and refund 100% of your ticket.

We hate to see you go, but if your plans change:

Until Nov 1, 2021 order cancellations will be processed at full price. Nov. 2-Jan 1, 2022 - 50 percent refund

After Jan 1, 2022 - No refunds processed, but we will happily hold your ticket for frank 2023

How can I become a sponsor?

We are hugely grateful to our supporters. They provide critical support that makes it possible to offer our participants a  more affordable registration fee as well as supporting the work of the frank online community.
