Franco is one of the most decorated artists in the professional beauty industry today. A former Manhattan Sassoon-trained stylist turned master colorist, he’s worked the stages of every major show in the U.S. and Italy for the past 30 years. He's the owner and inventor of Magna Shears, operator of Beautiful Hair Color Salon and Westchester Hair Academy, and is a certified American Board Colorist.
