Framing Your Art: The Art of Framing

As part of the exhibition programming for Found in Place, Oliva Gallery will host The Art of Framing on Saturday, October 11 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. This afternoon program brings together art, design, and professional expertise on how framing can enhance and preserve artwork and personal treasures.
Randy Diderrich, owner of North Hill Mobile Framing, will share insights from his 30+ years as a professional framer, answer questions, and present creative examples of how thoughtful framing can transform both art and interiors. Guests are invited to bring in art, prints, posters, or other treasured items for a personal framing consultation. In addition, framed oil paintings by artist Tiffany Stronsky will be available for sale.
Designer Darcy Young will join the event to share inspiration from her work with clients, offering examples of how art and framing choices can elevate and personalize home spaces. The afternoon will also feature complimentary fall-inspired drinks and snacks by Sweet Charity, supporting One Tail at a Time’s animal rescue mission.
