What level is this class for?

This class is designed for beginners and improvers. No prior dance experience is required—just come ready to learn and have fun!

No partner is needed! We rotate throughout the class so everyone gets a chance to dance and learn.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Shoes with smooth soles are recommended—avoid rubber sneakers if possible.

How long is the class?

The class typically lasts 45 minutes, followed by optional practice time.

Can beginners really learn the Foxtrot that quickly?

Absolutely! Foxtrot is elegant and smooth but also beginner-friendly. Our instructors break everything down so it’s easy to follow.
