Foursquare Regional Women's Retreat 2025

The Foursquare Regional Women's Retreat is an annual gathering in Wichita, Kansas inspiring women of all ages to gather together for a weekend full of prophetic worship, dynamic teachings, ministry, rest, and time in community with over 250 women from local churches across the midwest region.

We are honored to welcome Pastor Nina Sims from True Worship Church in Detroit, Michigan as our 2025 guest speaker. She carries a timely word and a deep passion for seeing women walk in purpose, healing, and freedom.

We’re also thrilled to welcome back Pastors Hope and Tim Flask from Outside the Walls Church in Newton, Kansas, who will be leading us in powerful worship throughout the weekend.

Hotel Information

The host site of the 2025 Women's Retreat is the historic, Drury Broadview hotel in Wichita, Kansas. Space is limited at this location!

The hotel group pricing at the Drury Broadview includes 2 queen bed deluxe rooms beginning at $129.00/per night. The room features two queen beds and comfortable seating. The group pricing also includes a deluxe two-room suite featuring two spacious rooms separated by a door for $149.00/per night. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull-out double sofa sleeper. In-room amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

At the Drury Broadview, a full breakfast buffet is included in your stay along with the "5:30 kickback" meal which includes salads, baked potatoes , nachos, soups, etc. Hotel parking is covered by the retreat and will require no payment.

Registration Refund/Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of a registration.

If a cancellation request is received the registrant will be entitled to a refund of the event registration fee minus any administration or processing charges.

To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, registrants must contact our team via email at 4sqregionalwomensretreat@gmail.com and provide their registration details.

• Each online registration includes a Service Fee (3.70% + $1.79 per ticket) and a Processing fee (2.90% per order).
• No refunds after Wedneday, November 12th, 2025.
• Registrations can be transferred to an individual of that registration type prior to Wednesday, November 12th.

Travel and hotel expenses are the attendee’s responsibility and will not be refunded by the Foursquare Regional Women’s Retreat.
