Enjoy a four-course dessert and wine pairing evening with Bonjour Y’all Bakery’s owners Tara Ragan and Chef Justin Burke-Samson. After being named "Best Independent Bakery in North Carolina" by MSN, we're celebrating as Justin is taking the bakery back to his restaurant days with four unique evening desserts, plated and paired with Vento Di Mare wines.
The menu features:
Sesame Panna Cotta, black sesame seed and maple crisp
Pavlova, pomegranate, grapefruit curd, chamomile
Eton mess, pumpkin, toasted pecan, sorghum, meringue
Apple tart, black walnut frangipane, pink peppercorn, buttermilk ice-cream
