What time do you start the roundtable?

We start at 7pm sharp, so arrive a few minutes early. We'll have appetizers and beverages waiting.

Will I have a chance to introduce myself and talk about my company?

Absolutely. This is a highly interactive round table. We'll spend ~30 minutes in a brief introduction to SOC 1 and SOC 2, then go around the table so people can quickly introduce themselves and their company. You can ask questions you'd like to answered, or give tips you'd like to share.

Is this really a networking event?

Yes. Sometimes its fun to go to a bar or restaurant and chat with folks. Sometimes its nice to bring people together to talk about the work they do and to share insights, ideas, questions, and solutions with peers. This isn't a pitch where you'll be encouraged to buy a product or service.
