About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour
Before the business plan comes the identity shift. This session helps participants confront and release old narratives about who they are and what they’re capable of. Through guided reflection and group discussion, we explore the emotional and mental transition required to go from employee or dreamer to entrepreneur. Participants will begin to define what leadership looks like for them—not based on a title, but based on alignment and ownership.
The Foundations series is NOT your typical build a business workshop. It is a practical, discussion-based workshop series for new and aspiring entrepreneurs who need clarity, focus, and confidence before writing a business plan or launching a business.
This program focuses on key mindset and planning challenges that often delay progress—such as self-doubt, fear of failure, lack of direction, and difficulty transitioning from employee thinking to entrepreneurship.
This series is ideal for:
- Individuals who have a business idea but don’t know where to start
- People who are unsure if entrepreneurship is right for them
- Early-stage entrepreneurs who feel stuck or overwhelmed by the process
Each session includes:
- Guided group discussion
- Reflection exercises (writing optional)
- Simple, actionable tools participants can apply immediately
Participants will walk away with:
- A clearer sense of their business idea and personal motivation
- Greater awareness of the internal habits or thought patterns may be holding them back
- A personalized plan to help them move forward and prepare for future mentorship or business development support
Each session is 30-40 minutes (depending on group size and engagement)
