The purpose of this 30 minute virtual event is to provide an overview of Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe 4.5. We will examine the SAFe Lean-Agile principles, the 4 different configuration options for SAFe 4.5, an implemenation roadmap, and perhaps the most important is the business results that organizations are experiencing by implementing SAFe.
