Learning Summary: This session will tackle the key aspects of development in infants and toddlers. Participants will build on their knowledge of the social-emotional aspect of development as it pertains to relationships with infants and toddlers. This session will also discuss secure, primary, and secondary attachments and their social-emotional importance to the connections with infants and toddlers
Learning Outcomes:
•Learners will be able to support infant/toddler development and learning.
•Learners will be able to identify the six essential practices for relationship-based care.
•Learners will understand how to implement relationships-based care.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
