Start with fundamental breath and pelvic floor work, build through classical series, and culminate in flowing, dance-like sequences. a 75-minute practice weaving together the precision of mat pilates and the fluid intelligence of yoga. you’ll strengthen from the center out — stabilizing your core, opening your spine, and finding rhythm through breath and control. the flow is simple but potent, designed to reset your nervous system while leaving you clear, connected, and strong.
after class, settle into a slow social hour — sauna + cold plunge, massage, compression boots, hair braiding, and b12 shots. a space to land, linger, and connect with others moving through the same season of becoming.
