About this event

This two-day class is for current cosmetology students and grads within 6 months of finishing school. Day One is all about business: marketing yourself, guest experience that keeps people coming back, and how to build a booked schedule without burning out. Day Two takes it to the chair with a classic, most-requested cut and the techniques to make it feel modern, wearable, and yours.

Because success isn’t just in your hands—it’s in how you show up.

DAY ONE: THE BUSINESS BACKBONE

Sunday August 10th @ 11am-3pm

What you'll learn:

• How to market yourself without cringing

• Creating an unforgettable guest experience (even on shampoo budgets)

• Rebooking without sounding desperate

• Instagram that attracts the right clients

• Building a clientele from the ground up (referrals, retention, and energy)

• Price with purpose—even when you’re new

• Boundaries, burnout, and booking with intention

DAY TWO: THE CUT THAT BUILDS TRUST

Monday August 11th @ 11am-3pm

What you’ll learn:

• A universal, commonly requested haircut

• Wet vs. dry cutting breakdown

• Consultation confidence

• Sectioning + styling made simple

• Personalizing for texture, density + lifestyle

• The little details that make a “basic” haircut not-so-basic
