Foundation to Finishes: A Rebuilding Resource Event

Realm is a free construction consultation service based in Los Angeles. We leverage our network of over 75 local, vetted contractors to help homeowners find the right partners to complete their projects, from home renovations to complete rebuilds.

As a part of our Wildfire Recovery Program, we are helping homeowners impacted by the LA wildfires navigate the entire rebuild process — from permitting and architectural design to selecting contractors, and supporting throughout the build itself.

• Location: South Pasadena Library Community Room,1115 El Centro Street, South Pasadena
• Parking: Free street parking surrounding the library campus, parking garage located at 807 Meridian Avenue

What to Expect

Rebuild Experts: Our community of contractors and industry experts will be there to discuss rebuild specific topics such as:

• LA County’s self-certification pilot program for registered architects
• Building back “like for like”
• Fire resilient design and building materials
• Passive home design
• What to consider when selecting finish materials

Refreshments: Light lunch & beverages will be provided

Family Fun: We'll have kids activities, so bring the whole family!
