Join us on August 21, 2025 from 12pm-1:30pm for a Lunch and Learn: Foster Care Review System and Findings in South Carolina. Presenters Lindsey Taylor, BA – Foster Care Review Division Director, Sylvia Rogers, Ph.D., LMSW – Foster Care Review Board Member, and Terri Thompson, MA, HS-BCP – FCRD Data & CQI Coordinator will give an overview of the Foster Care Review System in South Carolina. They will discuss the experience of community volunteers in the review process and the resulting opportunities for advocacy. Lastly, review the findings of the Foster Care Review Board for FY25 and identified systemic barriers to permanency for children/families involved in the foster care system
