Please bring the props you want: suggested bolster/pillow and a blanket so that you may be as comfortable as possible.

Can I bring pets?

To keep the safety and comfort of the community during our peaceful practice, we ask that you refrain from bringing your pet. If your pet is a therapy dog, please reach out to ask ahead of time. Mahalo!

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat (though we do have a few to borrow - reach out to reserve one!), a water bottle, and sun protection. It can get a little cool by the end of class so you may want to bring a light jacket or blanket with you. Bolster/pillow can be lovely to have!
