About This Event

Building Partnerships (Q4) brings together subcontractors, suppliers, and community partners to learn how to participate in FORMA’s expanding Job Order Contract (JOC) portfolio — 18 projects in total, including our new Olympia JOC.

This quarter, we’ll spotlight three featured opportunities that reflect FORMA’s mission to build spaces that make a positive, lasting impact on communities:

  • LEAF Center (North Thurston Public Schools) – Supporting student and family resource access.
  • Hands On Children’s Museum – A community-driven renovation advancing education through play.
  • Ocean Beach Project – Delivering quality improvements for a coastal K–12 district.

These projects represent FORMA’s continued investment in local participation, inclusive contracting, and public agency collaboration across Western Washington.

You’ll Learn

  • Upcoming JOC scopes and bid schedules for 18 active and upcoming projects.
  • How to prequalify and bid for FORMA’s JOC opportunities, including Olympia’s new contract.
  • Strategies for success on public works — compliance, bonding, and pay application readiness.
  • How FORMA exceeds inclusion goals through mentorship, outreach, and local partnerships.
  • Steps for small and emerging firms to access training, readiness support, and introductions.
