Join us for one of the area’s favorite fall craft fairs! Forks Fall Craft Fair brings together talented makers, crafters, and artisans for a fun day of shopping, community, and creativity.
Vendor spaces are limited and fill quickly—secure your booth starting July 1!
Here’s what you need to know:
- The Craft Fair will be held indoors, rain or shine.
- Booth spaces come in a variety of sizes and locations—see the chart below to choose your space.
- Electricity is available in select booths (bring an extension cord if purchasing a booth with electric access).
- Only one Direct Sales vendor will be accepted per product line (first-come, first-served—see list below).
- The Craft Fair is free and open to the public—you’ll be part of a well-attended and beloved community event!

Booth Options & Pricing
When you purchase your vendor space, you'll be guaranteed a booth within your chosen color category, with the features listed below.We cannot guarantee a specific numbered space.
- Red — 12x12 space on the wall with electrical access — $85
- Orange — 12x12 space on the wall and on the end of a row with electrical access — $95
- Yellow — 10x10 space on the wall with electrical access — $75
- Green — 10x10 space on the wall and on the end of a row with electrical access — $85
- Teal — 12x12 space in Row 1, not on the wall, no electrical access — $75
- Pink — 12x12 space in Row 1, on the end of a row, not on the wall, no electrical access — $85
- Purple — 10x10 space in Row 2 or 3, not on the wall, no electrical access — $65
- Blue — 10x10 space in Row 2 or 3, on the end of a row, not on the wall, no electrical access — $75
Notes:
- If you purchase a booth with electrical access, access is to one plug only via a shared power strip. Please bring an extension cord to ensure you can reach your booth.
- All prices include booth rental sales tax fee.
- Booth spaces will be assigned after payment is received. You will be placed within the color category you purchase. Specific booth number selection is not available.

Direct Sales Vendors
We welcome Direct Sales vendors at the Forks Fall Craft Fair! However, to provide a wide variety of offerings for our shoppers, we limit participation to one vendor per Direct Sales product line (examples: Scentsy, Color Street, Pampered Chef, etc.).
How it works:
- Direct Sales booth spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on the receipt of both vendor registration form and booth payment.
- If you submit payment and a vendor for your product line has already been accepted, your payment will be refunded.
- The list of currently registered Direct Sales product lines is updated regularly at the bottom of this event description (see "Direct Sales Lines Already Taken" below).

2025 Vendor Guidelines
- The Forks Fall Craft Fair will be open to shoppers from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. on Saturday, October 18. The Fair will be free and open to the public. It will take place rain or shine. All booths will be located inside the Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
- There are a limited number of booth spaces available. In previous years, we have had to turn vendors away. For this reason, booth spaces will only be reserved once payment has been received.
- Vendors will be assigned an indoor booth space, either 12 ft x 12 ft or 10 ft x 10 ft, based on the option selected and paid for by the vendor. When you purchase your vendor space, you'll be guaranteed a space in your chosen color with the features listed with that color. We cannot guarantee a specific space.
- Access to electricity guarantees one outlet, but extension cords are required to reach the outlet. The vendor is responsible for providing his/her own extension cords. There are a limited number of spaces available with access to electricity/wall space, so these spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of the vendor registration and fees.
- The vendor is responsible for providing his or her own tables, chairs, easels, props, and accessories. If a vendor has paid for access to electricity, the vendor is responsible for providing his/her own extension cords.
- Direct Sales vendors will be limited to one per product line. These spots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, based on receipt of the vendor registration form and booth fee. Scroll to the bottom of the description to see a list of Direct Sale Lines already taken. (If you submit your payment and there is already a vendor for your product line, your money will be refunded.)
- No vendor shall assign, sublet, or apportion any part of their space without prior written approval from the Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee.
- The registration fee will be non-refundable, unless the vendor is declined for participation by the Forks Fall Craft Fair committee.
- Neither the Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee nor Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the vendors’ property.
- Vendors assume responsibility for complying with state sales tax law. Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church and the Forks Fall Craft Fair will not be responsible for collection or payment of sales tax by vendors. Current state law requires that a list of vendors with contact information be provided by the Forks Fall Craft Fair to the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
- No radios or loud speakers are allowed in booths.
- No political campaigning from any booth.
- All items for sale and on display in booths must be free from any profane language or inappropriate themes. The Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to request that such items, if displayed during the Craft Fair, be taken down and stored out of sight of attendees.
- There is not a Wi-Fi network available in the Cross Center, so vendors will not have access to Wi-Fi during the Craft Fair.
- Doors will open for vendors to set up at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 18. All vendors will be responsible for opening their booth on time (by 9 AM), keeping their booth open throughout all hours of the Craft Fair, and supplying their own personnel to manage the booth during all operating hours of the Craft Fair.
- A light, complimentary breakfast will be available for vendors on Saturday morning. In addition, throughout the operating hours of the craft fair, a concession stand will be available for all attendees and vendors, including snacks, drinks, breakfast items, and lunch options.
- Vendors are permitted to park in the main CROSS Center parking lot to unload and set up. However, by 9 a.m. all vendor vehicles should be moved to the lower parking lot to free up the main parking area for Craft Fair attendees. After the conclusion of the Craft Fair at 3:00 p.m., vendor vehicles may again move to the main parking area for clean-up and loading of supplies.
- If Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church has to cancel the Craft Fair due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a global pandemic, we will refund your vendor fee.

Yes, you may bring assistants to help with your booth. Please ensure that your team follows all event guidelines.

Vendors may park in the main CROSS Center lot during setup. By 9:00 A.M., all vendor vehicles should move to the lower lot to make room for attendees. After 3:00 P.M., you may move your vehicle back to the main lot for teardown.
