Psychedelic breathwork uses rhythmic, intensified breathing patterns and powerful music to bypass the thinking mind and activate a natural DMT release in the body. It’s more intense than meditation and more expansive than standard breathwork—it’s designed for deep internal journeys

Will I be safe during the session?

Accepted Answer

The session is facilitated with your physical and emotional safety in mind. You’ll be guided the entire way and always have the option to pause or modify your breathing. Contraindications will be discussed ahead of time, and if you're pregnant or have certain medical conditions, please reach out.

How should I prepare?

Eat light 2–3 hours before class (an empty-ish stomach is best). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything that helps you feel grounded. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. Come with an open mind, and no expectations—just curiosity.
