This isn't just theory—it's full-throttle, practical experience! You'll be working with the tools, the steel, and the heat to create a custom masterpiece from the ground up. By the end of this intensive class, you won't just know how to grill; you'll have fabricated your own mobile cooking powerhouse and loaded it up to take home.
The Grill You'll Master:
Each student will construct a robust, high-performance grill packed with essential features, including:
- Ultimate Mobility: Four heavy-duty locking wheels to roll your grill anywhere.
 - Precision Smoke Control: A dedicated smoke stack and an adjustable breather.
 - Massive Cooking Space: Two sturdy inside cooking racks.
