Yes, there is free parking located at the forest preserve for all attendees.

Will there be refreshments available?

Yes; water will be provided free of charge and there will be seamoss nutrition lemonades available for purchase.

Are the yoga poses beginner friendly?

Yes; all yoga poses are beginner friendly and come with variations that allow for individual comfort.

Will there be yoga mats available?

Yes; yoga mats can be rented for the duration of the event at $3 per mat. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mats.
