Overview

Join us for a unique, healing experience that blends forest bathing, ecotherapy, and the wisdom of horses.

About the Experience

Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is the Japanese practice of slowing down, awakening your senses, and immersing yourself in the natural world. Guided by Jenny Harrow-Keeler, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, you’ll be invited into mindful, sensory practices that support relaxation, connection, and healing.

This offering takes forest bathing into a new dimension by weaving in time with the horses at Belos Cavalos. Horses are highly sensitive, intuitive beings who mirror and respond to our presence with profound gentleness and wisdom. Together with the healing presence of trees, land, and sky, this experience invites you to connect with the more-than-human world in a way that is deeply grounding and restorative.

What to Expect

  • Welcome & Introduction: Learn about forest bathing, equine therapy, and how these practices can support wellbeing.
  • Guided Sensory Practice in Nature: Slow down and tune into the sights, sounds, scents, and textures around you.
  • Horse Connection: Spend time in guided interaction with the horses, opening to their presence as sensitive partners in healing.
  • Sharing & Integration: Gather as a group to reflect, integrate insights, and carry practices into daily life.

This program is limited to 20 participants to create an intimate and spacious experience.
