What to expect:
- (90-120) minute Session
- Walking for periods on uneven terrains approximately 1- 2 miles round trip
- Stools are provided for participants to carry and use for stationary moments
- Invitations to explore natural surroundings through sensory awareness & immersion
- Closing reflection with optional journaling & tea

Sunscreen/Sun protective clothing/Weather appropriate clothing
