Forest Bathing Session

Our certified guide will lead you through the forest/outdoors, helping you connect with the natural world as you engage your senses. This event is perfect for anyone looking to slow down and reset in a beautiful outdoor setting. Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and reconnect with nature and quite possibly yourself.

What to expect:

- (90-120) minute Session

- Walking for periods on uneven terrains approximately 1- 2 miles round trip

- Stools are provided for participants to carry and use for stationary moments

- Invitations to explore natural surroundings through sensory awareness & immersion

- Closing reflection with optional journaling & tea

How might I benefit?

Forest Bathing offers an opportunity for moments of reprieve, introspection or the opportunity to simply be present. Each participant’s encounter is unique, resulting in an individualized experience.

Your Guide:

Janiece Sanderson is a certified Holistic Nurse & Wellness Coach & certified Forest Therapy Guide. She is focused on assisting individuals with supplemental paths to health that consider the person’s entire wellbeing.

What you need:

Suitable footwear & clothing for outdoor activity

Water

Unscented bug spray

Ability to walk independently on uneven terrain approximately 1-2 miles

Sunscreen/Sun protective clothing/Weather appropriate clothing
