Beginning in the "golden hour" of the early evening, this walk will be hosted by Arboretum Director Josh Gevertz and guided by Ben Page, a renowned forest bathing guide and author of Healing Trees: A Pocket Guide to Forest Bathing. Our certified guide will start with a grounding welcome session against the backdrop of the setting sun, followed by a series of thoughtfully designed invitations to help guests connect with the trees of Cypress Lawn's historic East campus, and conclude the evening by reflecting on our experiences while enjoying warm tea under the full moon's glow.
