Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku (“Bathing in the Healing Elements of the Forest”) is an evidence-based practice from Japan that quiets the mind by gently re-awakening the five senses through a slow walk, with a sequence of soothing, nature-based readings, and moments of stillness led by Pam Lowe Cho, ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy).Pam, a former corporate executive and leadership coach in Cincinnati, earned her Forest Bathing Certification in 2022. She studied with ANFT guides in Phoenix, Chicago, and Nashville and traveled to Japan in 2023 to deepen her knowledge of the practice. You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to experience relaxation, and the serenity of nature.
