No prior experience required—just bring an open mind and a bit of curiosity!

About the Instructor:
Foraging instructor Clay Bowers has spent nearly two decades exploring the natural bounty of Northern Michigan. A passionate wild food educator, Clay has been teaching sustainable foraging for over 15 years, inspiring others to responsibly harvest and enjoy nature’s gifts.
