What is your refund policy?

We do not provide refunds. However, trainings are provided regularly and your registration can be transferred to a future event. In the event that the host has to cancel a webinar, refunds will be provided.

Where is the event located?

All events are virtual. You will be provided with a link to join the webinar.

What if I have graduated but don't have my license number yet?

At registration, just enter 0001 in the license number box.

Where do I find Handouts?

On the webinar page with the Zoom invite, there will be a link that says Handouts.

Are the webinars recorded?

Yes. Recordings of this webinar are emailed out with the handouts the week after the webinar to everyone who registered. If you have purchased other webinar recordings, they will be emailed to you separately.
