Grounded in positive psychology, the program emphasizes leveraging individual strengths, proactive support, confidentiality, self-care for mentors, and skill-building through practice. Participants will learn to assist peers in managing stress related to both law enforcement duties and life outside of the job, with a focus on post-critical incident support and everyday stress management.
