Join us at our office for our hands-on canning classes as we preserve the bounty of the season. These classes involve a powerpoint presentation with information on the science and safety behind home canning followed by a hands-on canning activity using the boiling water bath method with time for discussion and questions along the way. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required and seats are limited.
