Welcome to Food Explorers Pop-Up at Move N Play! Join us for a parent-child picky eating workshop where you and your little ones can explore new foods together through play and learn how to navigate mealtimes at home with less stress. Available for ages 2-6 (contact info@play2plate for possible age exceptions).

Food Explorers is a Play to Plate workshop. Play to Plate is a Speech Language Pathologist's initiative to get everyone playing with their food! Perfect for parents who are struggling with picky eating, diagnosed ARFID, or just want to get involved in some creative, sensory-focused play.

At any Food Explorers workshop, you and your little one will engage in step-by-step sensory exploration and food play while learning new ways of talking about food that reduce pressure and power struggles. Parents learn what to say out loud and how to reframe internal scripts too.

Move N Play is an indoor play space in the heart of Coopersburg, Pa.
