Food Enthusiast Class: Pumpkin Swiss Roll and Maple Candies

Pam Sangen Will teach you how to make your own festive Pumpkin Swiss Roll filled with cream cheese frosting and decorated with mini pumpkins. As an extra special treat Pam will teach you to make your own maple candies. This class is hands on you will make your own Swiss Roll and Candies and take them home.

An appetizer buffet of assorted meats and cheeses and vegetables with dips will greet you on your arrival.

The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.

Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
