About this event

Music • Folk

Noah Malcolm is a Prince Edward Island based songwriter and producer. Steadily expanding his profile across the country, he's appeared at festivals across Canada, including M for Montreal, Lunenburg Folk Fest, Cavendish Beach, and JUNOFest in Halifax and Vancouver, to name a few. Setting out on a Fall 2025 tour, he's the type of artist you wanna see live. Easing through folk, pop and RnB with his signature vocal ('casual, on the surface, backed by a certain melodic mastery' - The East Mag), the singer and multi-instrumentalist has earned 4 Music PEI awards and an East Coast Music Award for Pop Recording of the Year, making him one of the artists to watch out of Atlantic Canada.

From busking on the streets of her hometown of Burlington to performing on legendary stages, Charissa has developed a thoughtful and meditative approach to songwriting, a unique blend of earthy Americana and laid-back soul that embodies her authentic self. At heart, Charissa is a storyteller. “The best stories are ones that don’t shy away from honesty," she says. "As an artist, I think sharing your own truth is important. I write what I might be afraid to say out loud.” In 2019, she signed her first record deal with Coalition Music Records and released her debut EP, "Love and Be Loved", in 2022, produced by Colin Cripps of Blue Rodeo. Now releasing music independently, Charissa continues to connect with listeners through heartfelt songs like her latest single, “Locked and Loaded”— an empowering anthem about confidence and chasing your passion.
