All staff are welcome to attend, whether you are service user/patient facing or not.

Core content will include:

  • Why a compassionate approach matters, and how we can ALL be healthier regardless of body shape or size.
  • The impact of food processing on nutrient quality and health

  • Addressing barriers, practical solutions and resources to facilitate steps towards healthier eating

Our collective aim is to promote compassionate, consistent, positive and sustainable evidence based nutritional messages for our Somerset population, starting with our workforce.
