Parking is available without charge in lot N of the CSU Spur Campus (just north of the Vida building) on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We have invited farmers, producers and experts from the TOPP Plains states (CO, NE, SD, ND and KS) to join us for this event.  We will also provide a livestream option for those who cannot join us in person but want to participate virtually.

What is TOPP?

USDA’s Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). The mission of TOPP is to foster organic agriculture and make much-needed resources and technical assistance available to transitioning and existing organic farmers.

This is a free event! We want to bring as many farmers and producers together to collaborate, learn and be supported during their organic transition.

Absolutely! If you know someone who is interested in learning more about the organic certification process please share the opportunity with them!

Is this event only for farmers that are already in the certification process?

No! We are offering this to any farmer/producer who is considering transitioning to organic AND those who are already in the process of organic certification. The information shared will be pertinent to both audiences!

CSU Spur is a part of the evolution of education and focuses on investing in the development of the next generation. Through its urban location, CSU Spur creates connections and appreciation for rural communities in Colorado and will continue to work to honor CSU’s rural and agricultural roots.
