What exactly is a Focus & Flow session?

A guided coworking session where we all hop on Jitsi Meet. We set intentions, work on our own tasks (work, studying, cleaning, etc.), and check in at the end to share wins and progress.

How long is each session

We have (3) 25 minute work sessions and (2) 5 minute breaks in between.

Do I need my camera or mic on?

Cameras are optional , I would suggest keeping them on for accountability but you can turn yours off if that helps you focus. We keep mics muted during work time.
