Create a Foam Block Print at a free family workshop at the East Los Angeles County Library on Saturday June 14th  at 1 PM with teaching artist Ernesto Vazquez. Learn the basic techniques of relief printing through foam blocks. In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore various methods of ink application to create depth and texture in their prints as well as creating designs using positive and negative imprints. Make fun designs and a one-of-a-kind print! This workshop is open to all ages and no prior experience is necessary. All materials will be provided to participants. Walk-ins are welcome!

Our monthly free Family Workshops are held at the East Los Angeles Library every second Saturday of the month in the Community Room. Limited public parking is available. The East Los Angeles County Library is located at 4837 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90022, directly across from the Metro L Line East LA Civic Center Station, at the intersection of 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue.
