Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes! This class is open to all levels, including beginners. The flow will be gentle, and modifications will be provided for those who need them.

Do i need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yoga mats will be provided.However you’re more than welcomed to bring your own. We do encourage you to bring water, a towel, yoga blocks, and a blanket.

Wear comfy clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga or athletic gear is ideal.
