This unique experience combines the gentle support of yoga swings with a focus on balancing your chakras through meditation and sound healing.

Participants can expect an immersive 75 minute sound bath while supported in the yoga swings accompanied by a reiki chakra focused meditation. Throughout the experience you’ll hear koshi chimes, a serene ocean drum, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and tuning for
