Join She Flows Collective on Friday, November 21st at the Community Campus, Portsmouth Recreation Center for this special event, which will raise money for Gather. We encourage you to arrive at 5:30PM to take full advantage of the raffle opportunities and get settled.
The yoga class will include movement, guided breathing, and a flow to live music intuitively curated by Amber Wolfe Rounds, whose soundscapes blend astrology, sound healing, and soulful improvisation. After class, stay to connect with amazing local women and enjoy light sips and bites.

About Gather
Gather’s mission is to offer innovative programs that build food security in welcoming and dignified ways. Their programs fight hunger, remove barriers, and increase food security and stability in the local food system.
Gather’s new Community Food Center will build food security in the region by:
- Increasing the scale and efficiency of operations.
- Offering educational programming to help our members build skills and knowledge.
- Serving as a hub where members can find support to access SNAP and other federal nutrition programs, help with heating costs, and assistance with housing and other resources designed to break the cycles that lead to food insecurity.
About Amber
Amber Wolfe Rounds is an astrologer, musician, and teacher. She grew up studying astrology and tarot with her mother and now provides astrology services including predictive forecasting, natal charts for individuals, and relationship readings for couples, families, or groups. She also offers tarot card readings for public events and private parties.
Amber performs compositions and improvisations with guitar, electronics, and voice. She experiments with astrology as a mode of indeterminate musical composition. Amber makes ecological sound art with Zizia. Amber earned an M.Ed. from Antioch University New England after submitting her thesis: Tone Art: Anthroposophy, Astrology, Music. She has worked as a Waldorf homeschool teacher and as a class teacher at The Hartsbrook School in Hadley, MA. Amber currently works at the Seacoast Waldorf School in Eliot, ME.
About Sheila
Sheila is devoted to creating community through mind-body-soul connection. She invites her students to step onto their mats to explore not only movement, but also their innate strength, creativity, and beautiful humanness. Alongside her yoga teaching background, Sheila is a professional coach, Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, and Reiki practitioner. She is also the founder of She Flows Collective.
